1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Opinsio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including domain owners who claim domains and community members who submit feedback.
2. Description of Service
Opinsio is a feedback collection platform that allows:
- Community Members to submit structured feedback on any website through a Chrome extension
- Domain Owners to claim domains via DNS verification, customize feedback categories, and route feedback to third-party integrations (Slack, Discord, Notion, Obsidian)
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
To claim a domain or access owner features, you must authenticate using Google OAuth. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Community members may submit feedback without creating an account.
4. Domain Ownership and Verification
To claim a domain, you must prove ownership by adding a DNS TXT record. By claiming a domain, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the legal right to control the domain
- You will not claim domains you do not own or have authorization to manage
- You will maintain accurate DNS verification records as long as you claim the domain
We reserve the right to remove domain claims if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
5. User Content and Feedback
5.1 Feedback Submissions
By submitting feedback through the Service, you grant Opinsio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your feedback to the domain owner and their configured integrations.
You represent and warrant that your feedback:
- Does not violate any laws or regulations
- Does not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Does not contain malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Does not contain personal information of others without consent
5.2 Public Nature of Feedback
Feedback submitted to a domain is visible to:
- Other community members viewing the same domain
- The domain owner and their team
- Third-party integrations configured by the domain owner (Slack, Discord, Notion, Obsidian)
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through feedback submissions.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Domain owners may connect third-party services (Slack, Discord, Notion, Obsidian) to receive feedback. We are not responsible for:
- The availability or functionality of third-party services
